In past XY odd years...i never thought about my weight and height much....i was in a kind of assumption that i am fattier or bubbly or plumply.. I am not a much of couch potato...I tried many ways from going to Gym,to playing games..Practicing Yoga.. i tried various things..nothing caught my focus..Until i tried something crazy recently.. That's 'Jogging/Running' I was surfing something on internet then i read an article about C25K, I researched about it a bit on net and found it as an effective way to get fitness... I don't remember the exact day i started it, but from that day my life style has totally changed, I started sleeping early the day before the jog(The jog was for 3 alternate days a week), Started waking up early 4:40 AM(Never in my life i imagined that i would actually wake up early) . I became cautious about my diet. Stopped wasting my time in surfing net unnecessarily.  After the first day of jog, I understood that it was not my cup of...

If you watch the TV for an hour,or may be for half an hr we might get advertisements at least twice in between,half of them would be on beauty products and more than 50% of them would concentrate on the skin, Some of them would just say 'I was not getting married because of my skin color',To speak with your dad about your plans of career and marriage ,you should be fair??     Olympics From last 15 days…This word has been used in Media. Even the commercials of the Big companies used it liberally….To my surprise even the State government of some state has announced in a one Big page advertisement that of the total participants maximum are from there state and also declared an amount for every prize winner…. This looks so colorful to see everyone are so eager …And making special programs and campaigns like Go for Gold, Gold Quest etc…. This time a total of 88 participants from India represented on the world’s Big stage…There were many hopes that this time India would better its performance and may get more respectable position on the medal tally charts.. But as the games progressed we could see one by one many of our participants coming out of the battle..But still every day morning when I switch on the news, they will have a cover story of one more player participating for that day…and the News Readers cheering them for Gol...

Seasons - A Way of Nature Early this month the sun has tested our patience and tolerance with the temperature raise....2nd week of June we are blessed with a sudden flash rains(not heavy though) and then rains in regular intervals  No more power cuts.. no more water problems..but ..wait..we have to either learn swimming or make our vehicles as boats when required...  With the effect of Global warming every season is becoming increasingly alarming and difficult to survive... We are into 62nd year of Republic... Few thoughts to ponder on this occasion..Today morning i casually saw the new channel where I found a scrolling .. ‘Some Mischief gang has destroyed/damaged the Dr.B .R .Ambedkar Statue.’ I could see all the leaders condemning it immediately, some blaming the government for this act and some asking the government about the protection of the downtrodden people... I was really shocked at the immediate response from the political parties after the incident...Even from the Government side.. Ambedkar Ji ,The Father of Indian Constitution …. You cannot attribute his contribution to a particular caste or region …He is the son of Mother INDIA It made me recollect the incident which happened at the center of the state capital in the MID day where numerous police were standing helpless when the status of the great legends were being destroyed Immediately I could get the answer... I am very passionate about googling anything and everything that strikes mind...or strikes others mind... More or less these days i am obsessed with surfing ... I actually started the googling stuff for technical aspects and slowly drifted to non-technical topics like political happenings ,history,movies...what not.... Everything i try to put in the small text box and search pages.... Now when i look back at my day in office ...The major part of the day is eaten by my useless searching..... My First Job change Letter!!!(Adieu Letter)--Wrote this letter with the true feelings from Heart.... HI, This is a point of time where I will have lots of things to express in one simple mail… This is the place where I have been nurtured from a collage student to a professional, The place where I have learned to know the world… A simple Thanks would not convey the message I want to send across , You have played an important role in my transformation and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every day working with you I am very thankful to you ,for being with me in my Journey till this point of time and my Journey continues in other direction….
