Lifestyle change #2

Hello...

Writing in continuation with last post about the lifestyle change...

After trying my hands and legs in swimming last summer and restarting the jogging post swimming...
I could not accommodate either of them in my schedule..

First thing first..
My work timings starts early in the morning...If I have to catch office cab,i have to start at 6:35am from house with both breakfast and lunch cooked and packed.
So including some sort of workout there was near to impossible..
I tried above mentioned swimming and jogging by skipping office cab and using bike.
But the long distance and heavy trafic took a toll on my back.

So here I was having no clue of how i am going to manage 'ME' time and squeeze in some workout.

In the mean time my strength was declining and I was indiferent and unenthusiastic towards everything...Even simple household work was making me tired.
I was trying to live in terms with that lifestyle until I saw a short video.

Will continue more about it in my next blog entry..
I won't take this long next time I write the entry..!!
